The Comet Club offers a lounge atmosphere with booth seating throughout the Club - Bottle service availability - Open Tue. - Sun. and closed Mondays.

With live Music / and or DJ every Thursday - Friday - Saturday night, Always a great Party..

Comet Club is located at 3111 Fillmore St., San Francisco - and a bar was established at this location prior to 1914 (1914 records state an existing saloon) so a long time PLACE for having FUN and DRINKS - the Comet Club was established in 1996 and prior to that it was the Desert Moon and many different names before that . One of the oldest bars in the Marina / Cow Hollow neighborhood and Always a great Time.

If you're a fan of the 'alt comedy' scene then this is a great place to be. All the times i have been there have been a blast. You can really sink your teeth into the grit that makes non-club comedy so fun. It's intimate, engaging, and an awfully fun alternative to the over-priced comedy venues and bro-filled bars that clutter the rest of the marina.

I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised! What a fun bar/club in the area. There was a $5 cover fee, but for a "club" $5 is nothing. The drinks were tasty and the bar tenders were really fast and attentive even though they were slammed. One good song played after another. This is a great spot for a birthday celebration with a good group of friends. I look forward to returning.
